04: HIGH PROTEIN RAW MEAL OF THE WEEK: MASSIVE PROTEIN BROCCOLI

I was always struggling on if I eat properly and If I have right food intake in order my body will not suffer. Since I am on raw food / 90% plant based diet my concerns are even worse. I also started hearing from people: “How do you get your protein?” This is the most common and funniest question, because my answer is always “The protein is everywhere!” If this is also your case, well this recipe will help you with that!

Why I love High Protein Raw Meal: MASSIVE PROTEIN BROCCOLI and you will as well? Because the taste is awesome, it is raw, healthy, easy to prepare and great source of protein, energy, carbs and fat. All in one!

Ingredients (1 serving):
350g of broccoli
40g of almonds (soaked over the night)
70g of sprouted sunflower seeds
115g of avocado
1 clove of garlic
1 small chilli pepper / or 1 tsp of raw chilli pepper sauce
1 tbsp of lemon juice
½ tsp of salt
1 cup of water

Preparation:
a) Blend everything except broccoli and almonds in high speed blender and make it creamy.
b) As broccoli is one of the hard-to-digest vegetable, pour the broccoli of lukewarm water in order to make it easier to digest and to highlight the nice and fresh green colour.
c) Cut soaked almonds to small pieces.
d) Pour the creamy sauce over the brocolli and sprinkle the almonds all over it as well.
