07: HIGH PROTEIN RAW MEAL OF THE WEEK: GREEN PEA POWER SOUP

green pea powerTo be honest, Green Pea Power Soup is one of my favorite recipes and many times literally saved my life. Once we found out this recipe (actually it was Andrea who came with that) we use it not just at home for a dinner / lunch or snack, but also for our outdoor trips! And we love to be outdoor. The soup is on the one hand simple (easy to prepare), delicious and powerful – all in one source of protein, carbohydrate and energy – but on the other hand also very effective in regards of usage. You can prepare this awesome thing in few minutes if you are in rush or you can take it with you for some trip as a great source of nutrients super ready to eat! Is not that wonderful?! There is a story about, but before I will come with that (the story) let me share with you the recipe. Are you excited?

Ingredients: (1 serving)
1 cup (135g) of peas (I use frozen)
½ of big avocado
2 dcl of home made almond milk
1 small stalk of young green onion
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Blend everything together 😀

I recommend you to eat it with some raw crackers, breads or wraps.

330 kcal
10g of protein
31g of carbs.
21g of fat

If you need to check out your food intake in regards of nutrients I recommend you to use Cron-o-metr which me and Andrea use on daily basis.
