In previous article – 12: MUSCLE AND WEIGHT GROWTH ON RAW FOOD: 5 MONTH PROGRESS – I promised that I will try to share with you the background of my goal which Is related to building muscle and weight on raw food. Whereas the meal program is 80% of the result my fist update in this category will be about food. And moreover, it will be again one of my favorite recipes of the meal which I used to take always after intensive training. So far Andrea described us in articles – 10: MY RAW VEGAN BIRTHDAY ICE CREAM! Choco -coco! – and 14: COLD PRESSED JUICES AND SMOOTHIES IN VANCOUVER – Beautiful British Columbia – as a chocoholics, I was more than sure that this time I will go for chocolate nugget, because the combination of preparation, taste and nutrients is literally insane. Moreover it is something like smoothie! And I love smoothies (Nutrients and details of vitamins + minerals for this recipe you can find below).

Ingredients (1 serving):
250ml of water (or the best almond milk)
450g of bananas
30g of date paste
180g of avocado
2 tsp of superfood raw maca powder
3 tbsp of raw cacao powder
1 scoop (30g) of hemp protein
1 tbsp of lemon juice
I love it ! Again quick, briefly, simply – blend everything together 😀
